Inside the Farmhouse at Lenora's Legacy: The Parlor

The farmhouse at Lenora's Legacy is the place my grandparents called home from the early 1940s. We spent years restoring it to its original beauty, adding some modern touches (specifically a wonderful chef's kitchen), while maintaining its genuine Southern charm. Join us now for a virtual tour of the farmhouse interior, and be sure to contact us to schedule a personal tour of our entire wedding venue. Today we are touring the parlor...

The original antique oak mantel is the focal point of the parlor.

The furniture is a light Norwegian spruce in an English cottage style. Antique decorative accents enhance the feeling of being in a welcoming home.

From the living room, stroll through the foyer to head upstairs, or step through the French doors onto the gracious Southern porch.

If you missed our previous posts, be sure to take a peek at the photos of the summer trees in bloom and the features around the estate. Stay tuned for more in our farmhouse tour series soon. Next time we will head into our gorgeous kitchen!
