Madison and C.T.'s May Marriage

May was quite the month at Lenora's Legacy! Right after Hanna and Rob's wedding, we hosted the May 18th marriage of Madison Mehder and C.T. Crook. The weather was a repeat of the previous day's cloudy skies and cool temperatures, but with blue skies appearing right as the ceremony began.

Y'all. Madison and C.T.'s no look "First Look" was beyond beautiful. C.T. was blindfolded prior to the ceremony as they held each other in the quiet of the rose garden with the fountain flowing in the background.

They had great signage. And don't you just love it when the bride and groom share their engagement photos at the wedding? Madison and C.T.'s engagement session was photographed by The Mondays Photography.

A crowd of 250 guests waited under the century-old pecan tree. C.T. and Madison performed a foot-washing ceremony before saying their heartfelt, handwritten vows. A truly meaningful ceremony in every way.

While the wedding party took lots of post ceremony photos, the guests moved to the Peach Shed for a fantastic dinner. Glass bottles and wooden containers housed baby's breath, lilies, and other flowers of white. The Japanese lanterns in several colors, strung across the Peach Shed beams, were so pretty.

Another wedding with adorable babies!

Dinner was followed by scrumptious cupcakes by Buttercream Bakhouse in Greenville. The groom's cake was so cute, using a play on their last names, "He Mehder a Crook"

There were lots of presents on the front of the country store, a fun homemade photo frame with costume items, and lots of really happy people having great fun all day long! All in all, a perfect wedding day.
