Beautiful Wedding Cakes from Real Weddings

Is there anything better than wedding cake? A beautiful work of art that also tastes delicious? Yes, please, and thank you! We've certainly seen many lovely cakes at Lenora's Legacy weddings, each one so pretty in its own unique way. These are just a few of our favorites.

Erin and Dan had a gorgeous rainy day wedding, topped off by this lovely white wedding cake adorned with a pair of lovebirds and classic roses. Take a close look at the cake stand - it's a wooden cheese crate! Top photo by FamZing.

Jamie and Caroline's wedding cake had a wonderful variety of details that all worked together to create one picture perfect cake: a fondant bow, lacy accents with tiny florets, their shared monogram, and a personalized cake topper with their new shared initial. Fun!

Stacey and Brian's September wedding cake was simple perfection at its best: a white buttercream cake adored with fresh garden roses, ranunculus, and dahlias.

Chelsea and Daniel had His and Hers wedding cakes that really showed off the styles of the bride and groom: the bride's featured ruffled rosettes and a fondant blue bow, while the groom's cake was inspired by Guns N' Roses, his favorite band.

Every detail of Olivia and Tyler's October wedding was exquisite, right down to this incredible wedding cake. The feathers were such a cool unique detail.

Last but definitely not least, Nicholas and Cara had a whole collection of petite vintage inspired wedding cakes. Each cake was a different color with a slightly different frosting design. Topped with festive banners with cheerful messages this wedding cake collection truly was the sweetest way to end a perfect wedding day.

Olivia and Tyler's October 24th Wedding

Olivia Lunsford and Tyler West were married on October 24, 2015. The day was typical of fall - just a little coolness in the air, and absolutely beautiful. What a beautiful bride and a handsome groom! Olivia's gown was so romantic and ethereal. It is truly a joy to share the photos of their special day with you.

The lace streamers created a beautiful entrance to the ceremony area. They danced and floated in the autumn breeze.

Two hundred guests attended the wedding with the freshly mowed hayfield in the background. How pretty is the rustic arbor bedecked in seasonal flowers? 

The bridesmaids' dresses were a fabulous color that suited all the women and the season. I always like it when each bridesmaid selects her own dress in the same fabric - each woman looks so radiant in the gown that best suits her style.

Wow, this bouquet! Can we say amazing? Take a careful look at Olivia's wedding gown - the details are truly lovely: the illusion neckline, lace bodice, and dreamy overlay over the beige underskirt. The bride looked like a dream in her dress!

Awww...what a cute little ring bearer. He was just like one of the bigs guys in his bow tie, suspenders, and boutonierre.

A heartfelt unity ceremony - a cord of three strands is not easily broken.

Olivia's wedding flowers were some of the prettiest we have ever seen, and that is saying a lot!

The cool fall weather was just right for enjoying the evening with food catered by Bagatelle Caterers of Greenville.

The wedding cake was seriously gorgeous. The rich autumn flowers were accented by exquisite speckled feathers for a romantic effect.
