Elizabeth + Patrick's Fall Wedding

It was a joy to welcome Elizabeth and Patrick to Lenora's Legacy this past October. They are a lovely couple, both engineers. One of the most remarkable details of their wedding was the exquisite collection of unique vases that decorated the wedding reception. Elizabeth's dear friend had been collecting vintage vases for years, and she used them to create beautiful centerpieces. Each table showcased a creative display of vases and flowers - no two were alike.

Elizabeth and Patrick attend a wonderful church in Traveler's Rest, SC and their marriage ceremony was so meaningful.

Don't you just adore the keyhole back on Elizabeth's classic lace wedding dress?

I love the soft pink bridesmaid dresses combined with the fall accents in their bouquets. It was a unique take on an autumnal bridesmaid look - still seasonal, yet also very soft and romantic.

How cute are these young guests in their plaid shirts?

Once again, there were so many cute babies and children at this wedding - we always seem to get the cutest little ones at our weddings!

Caitlyn and Drew's Wedding: Simple Country Beauty At Its Best

Almost every bride faces some bumps during the wedding planning process, but our sweet bride Caitlyn faced a major challenge: just 45 days before she and Drew were planning to tie the knot, their wedding venue burned to the ground! The couple handled the difficult situation with such grace. They had to locate another venue in record time; they chose Lenora's Legacy and had a beautiful day with family and friends. We enjoyed every minute of their beautiful simple country wedding, and hope that you will too!

Caitlyn and Drew's wedding was full of classic Southern country details: Mason jars, baby's breath, daisies, and burlap. How cute are these Mason jar ceremony programs?

Rustic vintage doors opened to a view of the meadow and the pecan trees. The doors opened to mark the beginning of the aisle, which was lined with pails of baby's breath and burlap swags. A simple wooden cross created a beautiful altar space.

Honestly, we have had more than our fair share of absolutely adorable babies at Lenora's Legacy this year. Just look at those precious sweet faces!

The bride and groom were graced with a perfect South Carolina summer day!

In keeping with the laid-back country feeling of the wedding, the groomsmen wore vests, blue jeans, and boots. The bridesmaids each wore a different dress in a pretty palette of pale blue, aqua, and periwinkle.

Caitlyn was a beautiful bride with a fresh, natural look. I loved her soft pretty hairstyle; it suited her perfectly.

Lots of baby's breath and white daisies filled the many Mason jars in the reception area.

The reception meal with over 200 people in attendance was very tasty, and the cake + cupcake table was very popular!

It was a happy day indeed! Did you miss any of our other June weddings? Be sure to take a look back at Lauren and Ryan's music-filled wedding and Cara and Nicholas's colorful vintage wedding Part 1 and Part 2.
